the supervision of the ministry in charge of property
intellectual property, the INPI is at the heart of the process
innovation of French companies. beyond his
action of registration and issuance of titles (patents,
trademarks, designs), the Institute acts in favor of the
economic development through its actions
raising awareness and promoting innovation and its
challenges. It thus accompanies daily the

public policies in the field of property
industry and the fight against counterfeiting.

In a context of strong evolution of the service offer
client of the Institute and overhaul of its system
information, the INPI is looking for a

FullStack Developer (M/F) on permanent contract

Within the information systems department of
INPI, you develop full web software solutions.
You collaborate with other designers/developers
and IT production teams, respecting
deadlines and quality.

You will be particularly responsible for:

- To write the technical specifications on the basis of the
functional specifications;
- To design and develop the technical solution in
collaboration with the other designers/developers of
the INPI;
- To implement an Agile approach;
- To participate in the tests and the production of the
software with INPI production teams;
- To deliver technical documentation to the teams
of production ;
- To ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the
solutions developed.

Trained as a computer engineer, you are a
experienced "full stack" developer and have a strong
experience with web applications in a domain
functional with strong business constraints and a high level of
security: business service portals, customer portals, back-
massively transversal offices, exchanges
of complex data, Bigdata repositories,
business references, etc.).

For example, you master the languages, tools and
the following platforms:
- PHP 5 and 7, java, Java Script.
- Symfony, Zend and ReactJS framework
- SQL and NoSQL database language.
- Tools for collaborative development, versioning
and deployment.

You will be required to work in an environment
stimulating with many highly technical projects in
active collaboration with the trades.
