Description
A public establishment, entirely self-financed, placed under the supervision of the ministry in charge of intellectual property, the INPI is at the heart of the innovation process of French companies. Beyond its activity of registering and issuing titles (patents, trademarks, designs, geographical indications) and the management of the One-stop shop and the National Register of Companies, the Institute acts in favor of economic development through its actions to raise awareness and promote innovation and its challenges. It therefore supports companies on a daily basis in the creation, development and optimization of their innovation strategy. He also actively participates in the development and implementation of public policies in the field of industrial property and the fight against counterfeiting.

the INPI is looking for a:
Dematerialization project manager (associations and other entities)
The INPI is responsible for implementing articles 1 and 2 of the PACTE law to facilitate the creation of companies in France. These articles provide for the establishment of a one-stop shop and a national business register, replacing all existing systems.
Under the responsibility of the head of the Associations and other entities pole, you will be responsible for implementing the declarations of associations and other entities in connection with the project partners, by removing any difficulties encountered in order to guarantee the most efficient processing. possible efficiency of requests.
As part of your scope, you will also be responsible for:
be the interlocutor of external stakeholders, sponsors and users of the system;
collect their needs and expectations;
make well-argued proposals, with an advantages-constraints balance, to clarify the choice of the module for filing and processing declarations;
write the functional specifications on this basis, consistent with the overall project;
participate in the choice of IT service providers and ensure that they respect specifications, delivery schedules and budgets;
test the applications as they are delivered and organize the tests with external contacts and users;
prepare production operations and provide appropriate support in terms of training, communication, change management, etc.;
identify, propose and monitor any necessary changes.
The developments will be carried out according to an Agile approach, which requires great reactivity.
Required profile :
Engineer / Master 2 in science (or equivalent diploma), you have a first professional experience in project management in the IT field. Ideally, you have knowledge of industrial property law and know the challenges of setting up a business and associations.
You master project management and know how to federate different actors in a project logic and therefore have an appetite for transversality as well as teamwork. You are recognized for your ability to be quickly autonomous. Curious and rigorous with a spirit of initiative, you are proactive through your actions. You are motivated by the possibility of participating in the development of a unique and large-scale project in connection with many actors, at the crossroads of many fields, and of contributing to the transformation of the Institute.
