Are supporting documents provided after completion of a business formality?

After completing a formality on the One-stop shop site, you can view and download to your dashboard:

  • on the "file" tab: a receipt for payment of fees if a fee has been paid;
  • on the "PDF summary" tab: the summary of your formality as filed, which includes the information provided when filing and determined during the processing of your formality. For example, you will find the tracking number for your formality.

You can modify your file as long as it is not validated.

How can account information be changed?

To modify your personal information, go to the "my account" space, then in the "Actions" block on the left, click on "Modify my information".

How does the dashboard work?

You will find your file on your dashboard.

The different categories "File awaiting signature", "File awaiting payment", "File awaiting regularization" indicate the actions you must take on your file: sign, pay formalities fees, regularize your file.

The other categories "Dossier awaiting validation", "Formality validated", "Formality rejected" indicate the progress of the processing by the competent authorities.

How are the administrator and employee accounts of a firm managed?

Agents must create an account in their personal name on the INPI e-procedures space, by clicking on the “Create my account” box.

I am registering as a micro-entrepreneur on the Guichet unique. Fees are billed to me. For what ?

In principle, the registration of a micro-enterprise is free. However, certain filings of documents accompanying the registration may be invoiced by the clerks of the commercial courts.

Thus, the transmission is chargeable:

    - the certificate of the declarant's spouse certifying that he has been informed of the registration of the company, in the event of a union under the community of property regime;
   - proof of the purchase of a goodwill, rental management or mandate management.

Can a formality be modified after signature and validation?

You cannot modify your formality after signature.

However, before its final validation, you can directly contact the competent authority in charge of your file (indicated on your dashboard) to inform it of your wish to modify certain fields or supporting documents.

It will then make a request for regularization. You will then be able to access your formality again via the "Formalities awaiting regularization" tab to make the changes and submit it for a new validation.

Paper filing of annual accounts is always possible with the registry, dematerialized filing is only done at the One-Stop Shop.

What to do if a formality is “pending regularization”?

To access a formality and regularize it, you must log in to your account. On the dashboard, in the block "formalities awaiting regularization", click on the formality concerned and carry out your regularization.

Once your formality has been regularized, it will switch to the "formalities awaiting validation" block.

The progress of a formality can be consulted at any time on the dashboard accessible in your personal space. The status of the formality specifies the following states: pending signature, pending payment, pending regularization, rejected, validated.
