What are the fees for formalities?

The One-stop shop is an online public service, its use is free.

However, in the context of certain formalities, fees may be requested (these fees correspond to the taxes requested by the partners and defined in the regulatory and legislative texts).

Thus, the formalities will be charged: - Relating to a craft activity processed by the CMAs; - Relating to a commercial activity processed by the registries (except in the specific case of micro-entrepreneurs).

How to be reimbursed for the fees paid in the event of rejection/cancellation or overpayment of a formality?

If a validating body rejects a formality, the INPI automatically reimburses the declarant upon receipt of the notification of rejection, less any rejection costs applied by the validating body of the formality.
