On the occasion of the Viva Technology exhibition, the INPI is organizing a pitch contest in partnership with the French Tech Tremplin program in favor of talents far removed from entrepreneurship. This pitch contest will take place on June 16 at 14:15 p.m. at the pitch studio.

The INPI will be present at Viva Technology from June 14 to 17, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, on a joint stand with our partner Business France. 14 start-ups that have been able to use industrial property effectively will be present this year: come and discover their innovations and discuss with them!

The INPI unveils the 2022 list of patent applicants, a ranking that highlights organizations that invest in innovation. Safran, Stellantis and the CEA make up the top three for this edition.

The INPI publishes the 2022 key figures for industrial property in France. After two record years, the number of trademark registrations fell below the 100 trademarks mark. Patent applications are stable, while designs are down slightly.

The geographical indication "Laguiole knife" is approved by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) this Friday, September 23, date of publication of the notice in the Official Journal.
