DAS is a system put in place by WIPO which makes it possible to assert a right of priority with partner offices.

How to order?

To access the DAS and send the official copies to the other offices that are members of this system, you must complete a form by clicking on the access button above and please indicate the following information when ordering :

• if it is a official copy of French patent application :

           - its 7-digit deposit publication number
           - the filing date in DD/MM/YYYY format

• if it is a official copy of a French brand or an identity certificate :

           - its national or registration number (5 to 9 digits)
           - the filing date in DD/MM/YYYY format
           - the brand name

• if it is a official copy of a design or certificate of identity :

          - his registration number (8 digits)
          - the date of publication in DD/MM/YYYY format
          - the design or model number (8 digits-1 to 3 digits)
 
The communication to WIPO of the e-mail address entered is a necessary condition to benefit from the WIPO digital access service (DAS) offered for the transmission of official copies provided for in article 4 of the Convention of the Union of Paris. Once the order has been processed by the INPI, the WIPO will send you an email in English with the DAS reference which is a 4-character code.
