EPITOUL is organizing a workshop on the theme " Avoiding the forfeiture of your brand: good practices » Thursday January 24, 2019 at 17:30 p.m. in Toulouse.

Program :

• a presentation on the dangers of putting a brand on hold, the use of the mark for new products and services not provided for at the time of filing, or even the use in an altered form of the sign (evolution of the logotype)
• the bonnes pratiques to avoid a forfeiture of their trademarks by evoking the cases of revocation of the trademark
• the introduction of theadministrative action for revocation before the National Institute of Industrial Property
   

The workshop will be led by Mr. Jacques LARRIEU (Emeritus Professor of Capitole University UT1), Mrs. Sophie PETREQUIN (Legal assistant at the 2nd Board of Appeal of EUIPO), Mr. Eric JUNCA (Lawyer), Mrs. Cécile DAT-BABIN (CPI, Cabinet Plasseraud) and Mrs. Valérie ASTIC (Deputy to the Regional Delegate INPI Occitanie).
